Narain Tolani has served as the Chairman and Managing Director since 1981. Under his leadership, Tolani has grown strength to strength in various areas of engineering & infrastructure construction.

Pradeep Tolani, a key person, under whose stewardship the company has progressed by leaps and bounds has more than 15 years experience in this field. He is a Bachelors in Commerce by academia.

Chetan Tolani has been a director of Tolani since 1992. He holds a B.Com degree from Gujarat University and has over 19 years of industry experience in Engineering, construction and infrastructure industry

Dipesh Tolani holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Wales, Cardiff, UK and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University, Gujarat, India. He has been instrumental in standardizing systems and procedures across projects and operations of the organization.
